The Sellers Group specializes in affordable housing property management. We develop and manage multi family housing projects in the affordable housing industry. Today it manages 31 projects with more than 1300 units. The portfolio consists of 7 elderly and 24 family projects located in Utah and Arizona. The management staff has more than 110 years of experience in all aspects of property management and is well versed in HUD, USDA/Rural Development, and IRS Tax Credit regulations and compliance issues.
