South Lake Villa offers one bedroom apartments for the elderly and the mobility impaired. The apartments are located a short walk from the Reams Grocery Store, the Amber Restaurant, and Century Theatres.

South Lake Villa offers a Service Coordinator through the Salt Lake County Aging Services to assist our residents with the services available to help reduce their expenses. Many community social events are planned throughout the year, which all residents are invited to attend. You may pick up applications at the office or you may email your request to southlake@sellersgroup.net.


INCOME QUALIFICATIONS

Rent is 30% of gross monthly income.
Maximum annual incomes.
62 years of age or older.
